Selective demolition, over sheeting of pier bulkhead, construction of new pile supported structures, float system improvements including gravity sewer line, power pedestals, and lighting, grounds improvements including sink hole repair and ramp construction, installation of new gangway, fence and gating improvements, repair of Ro-Ro access structure piles, and concrete replacement. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Set-asides: 6% MBE, 10% WBE. The Proposed contract includes a requirement of 6% for MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) 10% for WBE (Women Business Enterprise) and 3% VOBE requirement (Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise).
