The City of Pompano Beach and master developer RocaPoint Partners have initiated plans to replace the existing E. Pat Larkins Community Center located at 520 NW 3rd Street as part of the larger “New Downtown” redevelopment effort. The project includes demolition of the current facility and construction of a new community center at a future site, with design led by STUDIO-US and Meticulous Design Architecture. Public outreach and community engagement will guide the design process, with development progressing alongside broader downtown improvements.
