This Request for Proposals is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to Confederation College for the supply of all management, skilled personnel, material, equipment, transportation, and necessary services for snow/ice clearing and removal, including weather condition monitoring and site assessments, as well as spring clean-up of winter control sand. The contract is for three years, with three additional option years to renew. The locations that require snow removal are Confederation College Thunder Bay Main Campus (1450 Nakina Drive, encompassing the entire campus roadways and parking lots) and the Aviation Center of Excellence (2003 Derek Burney Drive, encompassing the entire roadway, parking lots, and sidewalks). Proponents wishing to submit a proposal must attend the mandatory site visit.
