The Scope of Work is expected to include but not be limited to, the tasks identified in Appendix F - Cleaning Services Frequencies Guideline of the RFP document. Appendix F provides a detailed list of the mandatory housekeeping / Custodial tasks, by area type and the facility where the tasks shall Request for Proposal -Cleaning, Custodial and Janitorial Services 5 be provided. In addition to regular cleaning, there will be a requirement for Project work. The successful proponent is also responsible for snow removal and sanding for all building entries and exits.
