Pre-Qualification call: Revocable, General Contractor Bids for St Joseph's Care Group Sweat Lodge signed under seal, executed and dated will be received at the office of Architecture 49 c/o Jessica DiPaolo at 1269 Premier Way Thunder Bay ON P7B 0A3. Construction of two new one storey buildings: Sweat Lodge and Change Room approx 1565 sq ft. Two new one storey buildings with a shed c/w civil works and landscaping. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be in writing not less than seven days before date set for receipt of documents. Reply will be in form of an addendum. Copy of addendum will be forwarded to known Bidders no later than 3 working days before receipt of documents.
