Demolition and renovation of a parking garage in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
A. The Work of this Project includes the demolition and replacement of the existing mechanical/HVAC systems within the building and associated trades , as well as the interior and exterior cleaning of existing ductwork throughout the facility. B. All work must be accomplished compliant with OSHA regulations, as expressed in 29CFR1910 and 29CFR1926. Further, all contractors must identify their Designated Competent Person to the Council's Authorized Representative (CAR). The Work of this Contract is located at South Garage 2100 MTC Road, Minneapolis, MN 55450, Bus maintenance and storage. The Work will be located on COUNCIL-owned property. The work of this project includes the demolition of existing mechanical equipment, cleaning existing ductwork, and providing new mechanical equipment for the South Garage HVAC system as indicated in the IFB documents.
