This contract provides for comprehensive facility maintenance and repair services for City-owned facilities, including the Bridge Shelter, a 120-bed, 13,665-square-foot facility operating 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and other work, all in accordance with the attached General Conditions, Contract Provisions, and Special Provisions. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for one additional year. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on grounds of race, color, or national origin. The City is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged, and Women's Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
