System support for the Building Automation System (BAS) is required for the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington VA Medical Centers. The work includes maintenance and servicing of BAS hardware and software, proactive upgrades, preventative maintenance, and training of VA facilities staff in the use, programming, and troubleshooting of the BAS. Maintenance and service will be performed on components throughout both campuses, with programming facilitated on computer systems in the respective energy center. Contractors are required to be onsite two days per week, one day at each location, or as needed. The contractor must be certified to operate on Delta Controls with completion of the Fundamental Technical Certification Exam. All contractor employees must complete Department of Veterans Affairs records management training as required by agency policies.
