Installation of playground fall surfacing at Pacific Community Park. The project consists of the removal of approximately 365 cubic yards of existing playground chips and fabric liner, re-grading of the base, installation of new heavy-duty commercial grade geotextile fabric liner, and installation of approximately 365 cubic yards of certified engineered wood fiber chips. The new playground chips must match the height of the existing curb, after installation. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, mobilization, site cleanup and any project related items to perform the work to owner satisfaction. All project related costs shall be included as part of your bid. The worksite is located at Pacific Community Park located at 1515 NE 164th Avenue, Vancouver WA 98684. Site Cleanup 1. The Contractor shall , upon completion of all other work, remove from the site any garbage, litter or other waste on the worksite, as well as any material(s) resulting from the Contractor's operations on the site not otherwise covered . This material shall become the property of the Contractor, and it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to dispose of it in a legal manner. 2. The contractor shall remove any safety appurtenances or structures placed in order to secure the worksite, including, but not limited to; cones, temporary fencing, and barricades.
