Any concrete, asphalt, bricks, etc. removed or damaged by the contractor shall be replaced by the contractor. This includes but not limited to; trenching for conduits, digging for bollard placements, removing for proper fit of fencing, any other excavation, etc. 2. All utility locates must be called in by the contractor. 3. Wiring readers and openers shall be as follows: . 18/6 cable to each card reader o 18/2 cable to each latch and/or gate opener All low voltage wire shall be ran in 1 1/4 " piping All required electrical shall be ran in 1 " piping 4. All electrical and low voltage must be fed from their respective buildings depending on their location. Facilities Management will assist in working with the contractor to determine where the locations are All wiring, conduit, devices, etc. must be run according to current electrical codes. 6. All access control panels for this project must be a Honeywell MPA-4 (MPA4MPSU). See Exhibit B. 7. All access control readers must be Essex Electronics IRXO-1B. See Exhibit C. 8. If an electric strike is used without a gate opener, an Altronix AX-AL400UCL power supply must be used. See Exhibit D. 9. There shall be a total of three (3) man gates. Two (2) single-man gates One (1) double-man gate Project Questions shall be directed in writing to Ryan Schmit with Facilities Management at Ryan.Schmit@clark.wa.gov The question(s) will be logged with the answer(s) and posted to our website
