WATER TREATMENT SERVICES are sought for Rock County Facilities Management in Janesville, Wisconsin. Proposals should address all necessary products and services for water treatment that may be required for the intended functional capabilities, even if not explicitly mentioned, and must remain in effect for the life of the contract. The contract may be awarded to the respondent considered most advantageous overall for Rock County, not necessarily the lowest cost proposer. Selection criteria will include the scope of work, timeliness, competency, ability to render satisfactory service, and past performance. Evidence of the respondent's and potential subcontractors' means, expertise, financial ability, and experience may be required. Proposals must be submitted in strict compliance with the provided instructions, clearly labeled, and received by the specified deadline. Submission options include electronically via online, by email, or in person. All proposal packets must include vendor name, return address, proposal title, date, and name of the primary contact.
