Complete the work in accordance with the submitted project schedule DEMOLITION The Contractor shall: Remove existing stucco from the entire building. Protect all windows, doors, roofs, sidewalks, landscaping, and adjacent improvements. Remove and reinstall existing building signage. Dispose of all demolition debris. NEW STUCCO SYSTEM Provide and install: o New expanded metal lath. Three-coat stucco system (scratch coat, brown coat, finish coat). Bonding agent. Vinyl casing beads. Vinyl corner beads. Expansion/control joints. PVC weep screed. EIFS decorative band. Hardie lap siding below designated windows. New aluminum gable vents. Sealant and caulking at all required joints.
