The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, disposal, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing exterior windows and doors. The work shall include demolition, installation, weatherproofing, flashing, trim, hardware, cleanup, and final adjustments. All work shall comply with the Florida Building Code and all applicable manufacturer installation requirements.
