Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project scope includes the installation of nine (9) multi-lensed cameras which must have 360 surveillance capabilities located on the property listed above. Please see attached plans for further information. All cameras should follow the City of Raleigh Video Surveillance System Specification Standards as outlined in the bid documents below as well as the following milestone licensing information: The additional Milestone software must also be included, installed, and connections/views verified: o Milestone XProtect Professional+ Device License for each camera unit (9 total) o Milestone One year Care Plus for each XProtect Professional+ Device License (9 total) Question Deadline 07/17/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted via email to Sara Tromba, the project manager for the City of Raleigh. If any questions are submitted, an addendum will be posted no later than Wednesday July 22nd, 2026, by 5 p.m. Sara Tromba sara.tromba@raleighnc.gov No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. The City reserved the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
