Renovation of a fire / police facility in Half Moon Bay, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, demolition of the existing wing wall (between kitchen and dining table), tile floor, casework, countertop, and acoustic tile ceiling. Installation of new casework, kitchen island with sink and dishwasher, acoustic ceiling tiles and drop ceiling, lighting, kitchen appliances, luxury vinyl tile flooring, plumbing and electrical, and auto shutoff and other work as shown on the Plans and described in the Specifications. Work shall be completed within 40 Working Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Project Location: Coastside Fire Station No. 40 1191 Main Street Half Moon Bay, CA 94019 scope of work includes all construction and services required to provide: 1. demolition of (e) wing wall, (e) tile floor, (e) casework & countertop, (e) sink, (e) act 2. construction of (n) casework and kitchen island with sink & dishwasher, (n) act and drop gyp. cei ceiling (n) lighting ing.. ( kitchen appliances per dwgs, in) lvt to replace (e) tile, (nj plumbing and electrical for outlets and appliances, (n) auto shutoff. Bidders shall refer to the Instructions to Bidders for required documents and items to be submitted in a sealed envelope for deposit into the Bid Box at 1191 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, California 94019 no later than the time and date set forth for receipt of bids. Bidders must base their bids on products and systems specified in the Contract Documents or listed by name in Addenda. Owner will consider substitution requests only for "or approved equal items" submitted within the specified timeframe. Only bidders and subcontractors currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to applicable Labor Code requirements will be accepted. The successful bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the project and related requirements contained in the contract documents. Engineers Estimate: $210,000 to $225,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
