Reference Number 0000426536 The Project is located within the Lobitos Grazing Area of Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve, approximately 7 miles south of the Town of Half Moon Bay, in unincorporated San Mateo County, and is described as follows: The Project consists of repairing an erosional feature on the face of the Purisima Pond earthen berm. The goal of the Project is to restore the Purisima Pond earthen berm to its original state by keying and benching in approved engineered fill to repair an erosion feature and reestablish full functionality of the berm. The repairs consist of dewatering the impounded pond, removal of unsuitable and unstable material from the erosional feature, establishing suitable subgrade, utilize an estimated 60 cubic yards of fill to repair the feature, returning the pond berm to its intended functionality.
