Remodeling of a museum in Chisholm, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a museum.
Phase 1 of this interior remodel will focus on minor demolition, construction of a new Telehealth room, windows, storage space, new ceilings with lighting, lighting controls, mechanical diffusers, dampers, balancing, paint, flooring, casework, and storefront door systems. Phase 2 will focus on reconfiguration of restrooms to a Universal Toilet Room layout, replacement of outdoor air handling units on grade, and rerouting of return duct main. The selected firm will provide Construction Manager at Risk services, including preconstruction services (cost estimating, scheduling, constructability review), value engineering and design collaboration, development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), public bidding of trade packages in compliance with Minnesota law, construction management and supervision, and project closeout and warranty coordination. Interested firms shall submit their RFQ/RFP response including a firm overview and relevant CMAR experience, references (minimum of three relevant projects), resumes of key personnel, description of project approach, and description of methodology for cost management and schedule management. The deadline for such questions is 4:00 pm local time on July 2, 2026.
