Description

New construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 25,650-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.

The City seeks proposals for the labour, supply, equipment and construction of a new Salt and Sand Storage Building to the south of the existing Salt and Sand Storage Building at the St. John's Material Storage Yard, at 1483 - 4th Avenue, Regina, SK. The building will be constructed as a standard pole wood construction, and with approximate size of 270 feet length by 95 feet width by 26 feet height. The construction of the new storage building is anticipated to start in August 2026 and is to be completed by January 7, 2027.
