The scope of work includes the re-termination of the R2F 230kV line from Regina South Switching station to the Rowatt switching station (to be the new R3F line Fleet to Rowatt) and re-termination of the R2F line from Fleet Switching station to the Rowatt Switching station (to be the new RO21 line Regina South to Rowatt). Work includes construction of a new overhead 230kV double circuit transmission line starting near the existing R2F STR#175 to the Rowatt Switching Station. The work involves installation of forty-three (43) T72 series galvanized steel structures, eight (8) T90 series self-supporting galvanized steel structures, and two (2) T73 series galvanized steel structures. Stringing of double-circuit twin-bundled Drake ACSR conductors and 2x 1 2” steel overhead shield wires is required. Termination of the conductor at the A-Frame must be completed as per 230-INS-DES-015 & T07 086. Termination of the OHSWs at the A-Frame must be completed as per T07 000-OHG-DES-006. The scope also includes installation of six (6) additional concrete foundations as part of an alternate project (N153 - R3C & P4R) located directly south of the Rowatt station, with foundation installation only and no structure work required. Bidders are to commence mobilization activities upon contract award. Bids must be submitted online.
