Proposals must cover all items. All bidders must be registered plan-holders. The contractor must pay not less than the minimum wage rates set by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. All bids must be signed and include a guaranty for entering into a contract, with a bid bond of 100% of the bid or a certified or cashier's check for 10% of the bid. A satisfactory performance bond of 100% of the bid will be required from the successful bidder.
