Question Deadline 07/09/2026 at 2:00 PM MT PROJECT ADMINISTRATION Questions in regards to the proposed project shall be directed to the Engineer, noted above (toddf@cecengineers.com). The Engineer's Estimate of Cost for the total project is $540,000 The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project Along G Street from 7th Street to 9th Street in Freeport Center - Phase 3. This includes: mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance, including railroad insurance as required; removal and replacement of fire hydrants, asphalt, base rock, and other finish amenities; furnishing and installation of approximately 310 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC SDR 35 sanitary sewer pipe with approximately 123 lineal feet of a 24-inch steel sleeve casing pneumatically installed under Union Pacific Railroad with restrained joints, spacers, end seals, and anodes. The work covers coordination with RailPros for an approved work plan to install casing/carrier pipe under the Union Pacific Railroad, reconnection of all existing sanitary sewer laterals, abandoning existing manholes, placement of new manholes, and all related work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC.
