The project consists of decommissioning and removal of the Borough's Blank Angus Sewage Pumping Station, installation of a new gravity sanitary sewer line by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), paving, site restoration, and other work as specified in the Project Drawings and Specifications. Bidders must submit bid security and comply with all bid requirements as indicated in the Project Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portions.
