Description

Renovation of a recreation facility in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

Replace complete Metal Roof, Insulation, Skylights, Metal Flashing, and Gutter / Down Spouts. Replacement Roof material will be Snap lock Standing Seam Metal Panels. Insulation will be Vapor retarder. New Soffit-to-wall around the building perimeter will be installed. If submitting a bid with equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, submit a substitution request along with bid questions and provide backup from an engineering firm confirming it meets requirements stated in the bid documents. Substitution requests do not require a specific form, but proposed product substitutions must meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products.
