The City of Buffalo Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering, is requesting sealed proposals for the Porter Avenue Cantilever Sign Structure and Panel Project, Group 1156. This transportation improvement project is intended to enhance wayfinding along Porter Avenue and within the roundabout that connects to the Peace Bridge and the New York State Thruway (I-190) in the City of Buffalo, New York. The project's objectives are to improve traffic flow, support clearer vehicular navigation, and increase safety. The scope includes wayfinding signage, pavement markings, streetscape elements, and related work along Porter Avenue and at the roundabout with ramps to the Peace Bridge and the New York State Thruway (I-190). Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) contracting goals are set at 25.00% and 5.00% respectively.
