Demolition, site work and new construction of a medical facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility.
The general scope of this project is to remove the existing three (3) 40,000-gallon fuel tanks and one (1) 7,500-gallon spill connection tank and replace them with appropriately sized modern tanks and to replace the monitoring/control systems to improve maintainability, meet the backup fuel supply requirements, and meet regulatory compliance requirements. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, services, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform work. Work is fully described in the project drawings and specifications. Additional administrative and management related requirements are described throughout this document. See SOW and Solicitations documents. Questions must be received no later than Friday, July 17, 2026 by 12 noon ET. Magnitude of Construction: $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
