This is a request for quotations for Arenas Compressor Servicing. Qualified contractors are required to provide proof of qualifications for compressor servicing, hourly rates for labour, and declaration of related materials mark up. The scope of work defines the procedures and applicable regulation compliance necessary to ensure smooth and continuous operation of the refrigeration compressors in the arenas and curling rink. It also outlines the annual maintenance requirements for refrigeration compressors. Submissions must be uploaded to the City of Vernon procurement portal. Only electronic submissions from pre-authorized, registered bidders will be accepted. Bids received after the submission deadline will not be accepted. Answers with material value to the project will be issued via addendum for all proponents to view.
