Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Rialto, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The project involves the development of a new City Hall to provide the greatest value to the City. The scope of work includes programming, planning, design, construction, outfitting, and tenant improvements of the new City Hall on the property, incorporating current building design trends and the latest technology. The selected developer will be responsible for the planning and construction of the new City Hall, including a parking structure if required, and must complete the project within two years after the execution of Ground Lease and Facility Lease agreements. Site feasibility and analysis, including comparison between on-site construction or potential purchase and reuse of an existing building, are also required. Execution of a long-term Ground Lease will be necessary to provide the developer with control of the land and a basis for obtaining project financing. The term of the Ground Lease is to be determined and proposed by the developer. Proposals must be submitted electronically, and proposers should ensure their submissions are valid for 120 calendar days from the due date.
