Sealed proposals are requested from qualified entities to perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging at various wastewater dispersal locations throughout Brunswick County. The work includes removing litter and debris, mowing and weed eating as necessary, and trimming around vaults, pipes, fences, and other structures. Herbicides are to be applied along the property perimeter and around spray heads, with all applications following applicable laws and regulations. Maintenance at each location is required four times per year from February through November, with additional services possible as needed. Contractors must provide all required personnel, equipment, and resources. Work must begin within ten days of contract execution, and each maintenance cycle should be completed in a continuous effort until work is finished to a specified standard. Contractors are responsible for repairs to any property or equipment they damage, and must promptly notify the County of any such incidents. All proposals must be submitted in sealed form by the specified deadline.
