Bid Package BP-05.1 Structures for the Skyline Elementary School & Lake Stevens Middle School renovation and additions project includes structures work with an estimated value of $4,650,000. All bidders must follow public bidding rules and submit sealed bids to the specified address by the deadline. Bidders must also pay special attention to Division 00 of the project specifications when preparing and submitting their bids. For bids equal to or greater than $300,000, both a performance and payment bond, as well as a bid bond of 5% of the total bid, are required. Plans and specifications can be obtained from Arc Document Solutions with a refundable deposit. All bids must be on the proper bid form and comply with the Instructions to Bidders, Section 002113. Faxed or emailed bids, or bids not meeting requirements, will not be accepted. All submitted bids must remain valid for 90 calendar days. Bidding trade contractors must recognize the agreement with the North Coast States Carpenters Union. The construction manager is not acting as a general contractor for this project.
