Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lake Stevens, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes constructing a paved trail, roadway and sidewalk widening, installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps, installation of storm drainage and dispersion facilities, striping, and utility adjustments within the City of Lake Stevens. Bidders are required to submit one original bid proposal in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder's name, address, request for bid number (23019), and project title. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond from an authorized surety company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a bid proposal deposit. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any immaterial irregularities or informalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for opening or before award of contract, unless the award is delayed for sixty (60) days. Bidders are encouraged to register online to receive updates and addenda, and must check the online plan room for any issued addenda if not registered. Access to project documents is intended for use by bidders, agency personnel, agency consultants, and the public for personal, noncommercial purposes only.
