Site work for a civil project in Alamo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lift Station No.1 Wastewater Improvement Project Work of the Project consists to construct approximately five thousand nine hundred eighty-four (5,984)) linear feet of SDR 26 PVC Sewer pipe, fiberglass manholes, and installation of one triplex lift station consisting of three submersible pumps, controls, fiberglass wetwell, and other appurtenances complete in place. Project also consists of demolition of three lift stations. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% (5 percent) of the bid issued by any acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid . A certified check OR cashier's check payable to the City of Alamo or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as per value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The contract is subject to the requirements of the Davis Bacon Wage Act and all reporting requirements. Wages paid on this project will be governed by the Department of Labor (DOL)Wage General Decision or Decisions included within the bid documents for this project. The contract will also be subject to monitoring and reporting requirements described in the bid documents. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Texas Water Development Board. Neither the State of Texas nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this Invitation for Bids or any resulting contract. All contractors/subcontractors that are debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this project. Contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board.
