The work generally consists of roof replacement and related improvements at the Newark Service Center, Silliman Activity and Family Aquatic Center, and Second Chance Shelter. The work includes steep-slope and low-slope roof replacement, substrate preparation, replacement of deteriorated sheathing and fascia where directed, skylights, roof hatches, roof-hatch safety rails, walk pads, gutters, downspouts, flashings, penetrations, temporary weather protection, cleanup, warranties, closeout documents, and related work. Bidders are strongly urged to visit the job sites before submitting bids. Submission of a bid shall be considered as an acknowledgement of site investigation.
