This Contract involves the construction of improvements to Mercer Street between Blue Jays Way and John Street including but not limited to Replacement of existing asphalt road surface with interlocking unit pavers over granular and Novel Polymeric Alloy (NPA) material Geo-cellular confinement system base, Repair and replacement of sections of existing concrete sidewalk. Construction of a curb extension with interlocking unit pavers on concrete base, Adjustments to existing manholes, water valves and catch basins, including conversion of standard catch basins to side inlet catch basins Installation of City standard steel bollards as well as painted, concrete-filled steel bollard. Question Deadline 07/16/2026 Deadline for Questions Five (5) business days before the submission deadline. Streetscaping project involving road and infrastructure improvements, including grading and utility work.
