Reference Number 0000326297 The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide parking lot remediation and ongoing maintenance services for the TTC employee parking lots. Work is located on the parcel of land on the Hydro One corridor, bounded by TTC's Hillcrest Complex (1138 Bathurst Street) to the North, Bathurst Street to the East, and the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Rail corridor to the South. Immediate Remediation: Targeted repairs and rehabilitation to restore designated areas of the parking lot to minimum safety and operational standards. This may include, but is not limited to, asphalt and gravel repairs, localized surface improvements, vegetation clearing, minor fence repairs, and related site works. The intent is not full reconstruction, but focused remediation of deficient areas. Ongoing Maintenance: Provision of routine, cyclical, and as-required maintenance services over the contract term, including work order-based callouts. Services may include asphalt and gravel repairs, landscaping and vegetation maintenance, fence repairs, anti-graffiti treatment, and other related site upkeep activities necessary to maintain safe and functional parking lot conditions.
