Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bogota, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of the reconstruction of the existing playground at Vincent F. Petrik Park with new equipment, new engineered wood fiber mulch, new edging, and site grading improvements. Bids must be submitted on Standard Proposal Forms as required by the Specifications, enclosed in sealed envelopes with the bidder's name, address, and project name on the outside, and must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, and a certified check or bid bond for not less than ten percent of the bid amount (with specific minimum and maximum values given), as well as a consent of surety for one hundred percent of the bid amount from a qualified surety company. Signatures on the bids must be in ink and in longhand. Bidders must comply with all specified state and federal regulations, provide proof of business registration, and submit all necessary documentation as listed, including for any subcontractors. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. Small, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
