Demolition of structures as part of the 2026 demolition project. All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's e-Procurement Portal, before the deadline of 11:59 pm on Thursday, July 9, 2026 and according to these specifications herein. This document outlines the scope of work for the demolition of four residential structures within the City of Scranton; detailed requirements necessary for substantial completion are provided in the contract documents and specifications. Contractor is to pull permit for demolition, demolish the property, cap main sewer drain, break up any concrete flooring, clear brush off lot (not including any trees), call NEIC for inspection, clean back fill only on the lot and seed and hay the area.
