This project involves the complete renovation of 28 barracks rooms and the community center in Building 175. The scope includes replacing flooring, fixtures, and lighting, as well as painting in 26 standard rooms, 2 ADA-compliant rooms and the common area/community center. The basis for award of this proposed task order is Price Only The complex is a single-story scheme consisting of 28 living/sleeping quarters clustered around a central courtyard. A common core facility, including approximately 3,300 square feet, is located in the center rear courtyard. The common core building includes a media room, kitchen, internet café, game room, laundry facilities as well as a duty bunk station, public restrooms and a storage/vending area.
