Description

Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Barstow, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Landscape architectural improvements and concrete construction work for Centennial Park. The project consists of demolition of: Saw-cut ac pavement, saw-cut concrete, remove curb and gutter, driveway, ac pavement, grouted rock pedestal, and planters. Remove native soil and store on site. Construction of: Import soil, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, AC pavement patch, CMU retaining wall, concrete pad/slab, railroad tie stairway, ADA ramp, footing for shade structure, ADA hand rail, ADA guard rail , allowance for landscaping and irrigation, construction stagging and traffic control, erosion control and SWPPP, mobilization and demobilization, insurance, bond, payment for delay, public notification, pedestrian and vehicular access.
