Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Rockland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work under this contract includes: Chemical Root Treatment of approximately 806 linear feet of sewers 8-inches in diameter; Chemical Root Treatment of four (4) sewer manholes approximately 32.8 vertical feet in depth; Installation of 23 Cured-in-Place Structural Short Liners totaling approximately 98 linear feet in sewers between 8- and 10-inches in diameter; Cleaning, Inspection, Testing and Sealing of approximately 13,560 linear feet of sewers between 8- and 12-inches in diameter; Installation of 22 Manhole-to-Manhole Structural Cured-in-Place Pipe Liners totaling approximately 4,452 linear feet in sewers between 8- and 15-inches in diameter; Testing and Grouting of 14 sewer service connections in sewers between 8- and 10-inches in diameter; Installation of Cured-in-Place Lateral Liners in 24 sewer service connections in sewers between 8-inches and 15-inches in diameter; Grouting and Patching of 85 sewer manholes totaling approximately 754 vertical feet in depth, sealing of five (5) manhole chimneys, and Installation of five (5) watertight frames and covers.
