Site work for an educational facility in Rockland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a primary / secondary education facility.

In accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30, Section 39m, proposals are invited for the removal of an underground storage tank located at the former Lincoln School, 99 Church Street, Rockland, MA. The removal will be of (1) 10,000 gallon tank with #2 oil located at the north side of the site. Appendix A shows a more detailed location in relation to the building. There are (2) man hole covers visible from the surface. The amount of oil in the tank is unknown. The Town needs this work completed within 30 days of award. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Per Addendum 1: There will not be a formal pre-bid meeting. Prospective bidders are welcome to visit the site at 99 Church Street, but the Town asks that bidders do not go in the building. There is plenty of parking at the site. As of 1/28, the tank is completely covered with snow.
