The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide monthly preventative maintenance and repair services, and as needed, adjustment, repair, or replacement of all parts and components for elevators and escalators at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), and elevators at Reno-Stead Airport (RTS). Bidders must submit their bid via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website, uploading all required documentation. Oral, telephonic, faxed, mailed, hand-delivered, or emailed bids will not be considered. Contractors are responsible for timely bid submission and monitoring NGEM for any addenda. Late bids will not be accepted. The RTAA reserves the right not to award a contract and may hire additional contractors or consultants at its discretion.
