Work includes removal and replacement of existing HVAC units and associated components to ensure proper operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in accordance with applicable standards and contract requirements. The project will be performed under a firm fixed-price contract with a 45-day period of performance following notice to proceed, and requires compliance with all incorporated provisions and clauses, as well as coordination of site access and conditions to fully execute the replacement work. The contractor shall provide complete and fully functional systems, including all required electrical connections, refrigerant line sets, condensate drainage, and sealing of penetrations.
