Demolition at West Atlanta, Peterson, Brewer, Anderson Park, and Pryor Street. Question Deadline 07/14/2026 at 2:00 PM ET 07/17/2026 Response to questions to be posted to online. The project's basic scope may include, but is not limited to, the following items. 2.0 2.1. SCOPE OF WORK/DEMOLITION The Contractor shall: Disconnect and remove active utility services feeding the buildings, including but not limited to: o Electrical o Water o Sanitary sewer 2.2. 2.3. 2.4. o Natural gas o Communications o Internet and data services Cap utilities or provide shutoffs at safe locations as indicated in approved permit documents. Demolish and remove all buildings, foundations, and associated structures. Remove site improvements necessary to achieve the intended vacant lot condition, including: o Sidewalks o Slabs o Ramps o Handrails o Curbs and gutters . Playgrounds and play equipment o Safety surfacing o Basketball courts 2.5. o Athletic courts o Site lighting . Signage o Flagpoles o Parking lots and paved drives are not required to support features designated to remain Remove and legally dispose of demolition materials off-site, except where reuse is specifically permitted herein.
