Demolition and removal of structures, improvements, or other encumbrances within right-of-way or easement areas. Project Requirements and Scope of Services Under the terms of the resulting contract, the selected contractor will provide services for the GDOT Project identified. The anticipated scope of work for the project/contract is included in Exhibit I. Compliance with all pertinent regulations (State/Federal/Local/Industry) is required. It is the responsibility of the respondent to obtain knowledge of rules and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work identified herein. Bonds: Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
