Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
CMAR services are to be provided under a single contract. The CMAR Contract will include preconstruction services, subcontractor procurement, and construction services . The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements of Work: Installation of approximately 6,800 linear feet of multi-use concrete trail along Nancy Creek from Chamblee Dunwoody Road to North Peachtree Road. The project scope includes a 12-ft wide concrete multi-use trail, three (3 ) prefabricated pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, a new ADA-compliant sidewalk connection, streambank stabilization of Nancy Creek, storm drainage, landscaping, site work, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work.
