**As of August 12, 2026 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is going to board for award next month.** Installation, integration, testing, and related services for a 120-foot wireless communications tower and wireless link including final design coordination, procurement, alignment, and closeout documentation for a Public Safety Answering Point system. RiverCom 911 intends to use the competitive negotiation process authorized under RCW 39.04.270. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria identified in the RFP , including qualifications , technical approach , system reliability, schedule, price, and other factors . RiverCom wishes to keep the selection process fair and transparent. All questions and communications shall flow through RiverCom's designated contact. Do not contact RiverCom staff, Board members, users, or selection committee members regarding this RFP outside of the process described herein.
