Description

Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Removal of existing flooring and concrete polishing at the police department. Question Deadline 07/10/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Questions are due to the Purchasing Division no later than the time indicated. Submit your questions via the questions tab. Polish concrete in all areas flooring was removed The finish should be 800 grit, semi polished. Surface cut 1/16 to 1/8 inch to achieve Class C Medium Aggregate size. A densifier should be used. A seal coat should be applied. All control joints and cracks should be filled with appropriate joint filler. O A Mock-Up or demonstration area of approximate 10' x 10' to allow owner to approve exact exposure and gloss level. Furnish and install Cove base One-year workmanship warranty Dust containment Any additional work not in this scope will be assessed by the Project Manager and require preapproval before a change order is given.
