Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Pana, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and disposal necessary to complete the following Install new standing seam metal on vertical and sloped soffit/fascia sections. New metal shall be 26 gauge, 1 -inch snap lock standing seam , unless otherwise approved in writing. Install new intake vents integrated into the trim and panel system. Contractor shall provide ventilation calculations for the proposed intake venting and confirm compatibility with the overall roof ventilation system and applicable code requirements. Secure existing siding panels as necessary to provide a complete and stable installation. Include a unit price per sheet for replacement of any damaged or rotted siding panels discovered during construction. Brick surfaces shall remain unchanged and are not part of this estimate. Color shall be determined by Owner from manufacturer's standard options unless otherwise specified. Roofing, soffit/fascia, siding stabilization, ventilation integration, and gutter/downspout work on the Pana Fire Station.
