Site work and paving for a road / highway in Byron, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Byron is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional Phase I, II and III engineering services for the design and construction of a new roundabout at the E. Mill Road and Tower Road intersection. The project is expected to receive federal funding via an HSIP grant. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive informalities, and accept the qualifications deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
