A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Milling, asphalt overlay, pavement striping, and related improvements for the North Parking Lot. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond. The successful contractor must be available to mobilize and begin work on August 24, 2026. Mill the existing asphalt pavement within the designated North Parking Lot project area to the depth specified in the project plans and specifications. Furnish and install a new asphalt overlay in accordance with the project specifications. Install one (1) new sewer riser and adjust it to final pavement grade. Remove and reinstall eighty-one (81) existing concrete wheel stops following completion of the paving work. Stripe the parking lot, as per existing, including parking stalls, directional markings, accessible parking spaces, fire lanes, and other pavement markings as indicated on the project plans. Protect existing utilities, structures, landscaping, and adjacent improvements throughoutconstruction. Provide all necessary traffic control, pedestrian protection, and safety measures during construction. Remove and properly dispose of all debris and excess materials generated during the project.
